The application process is fairly cumbersome as we have to interact with numerous agencies - your school, the WKU Registrar, your physician(s), the US department of Homeland Security, foreign embassies, travel agent(s), insurance companies... the list goes on. Fortunately for you (and us!), we are doing the bulk of this through the web. Yet, it takes time to gather all needed information. Please review the links below to get an idea of what is involved.

There is an orientation for all the participants and their parents (or other emergency contacts) to give you valuable information as well as a chance to meet the faculty and other participants.  The date, time and place will be listed in your Student Handbook once you are accepted to a program.  All instructions for the forms is in the handbook as well.
